I continue my journey of the Cour de’Alene 70.3 series with my friend Sherry. She shares an emotional story about how she perseveres through the run portion of this race. While she enjoys the sport immensely she encountered someone who had just registered for the race the day prior that had not trained much at all. Sherry trains for her races in Louisiana and this was a hilly course so the contrast is great. Her bike is named George, and the reason why is very powerful.-Enjoy the show. A podcast focused on allowing listeners to live marathons, triathlons, and ultra distance events through other athlete's eyes and learn from their mistakes. Terry talks with professional triathletes, age group athletes, and allows them to share their wisdom and experiences for others to learn. Some of the episodes feature winners while others highlight the DNF. Triathlon racing can be mastered by listening to and understanding others mistakes, highlights, and things that went well. Whether you're going for Kona or just your first Triathlon, you're able to learn something.www.CoachTerryWilson.com
