In this episode, I chat with Dakota Rock, assistant women's soccer coach at Rhodes College in Memphis Tennessee. Dakota share his soccer journey from HS in Columbus, Ohio to Virginia, back to Ohio, and now to Tennessee!  He shares his passion for coaching, his purpose in using coaching to impact players, and the lessons he has learned from mentor coaches and coaching courses!  Dakota's journey is not smooth, but every time he was faced with an obstacle he rose to the occasion and found a way to move on and find the next soccer stop along the way!
