The enemy wants us to believe that God's word does not work and we are stupid to keep living by it. He wants us to believe that God is not good and does not care about us; that God does not support our dreams and desires and so we must rebel to make them come true. However, we are called to be BELIEVERS not debaters. And the enemy is called the father of lies. He will use our feelings & circumstances to have us question God's character.
John 8:44 You are of your father the devil, and the desires of your father you want to do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks from his own resources, for he is a liar and the father of it.
