Alyssa Chavez: How Toxins Affect Endometriosis, Fertility, and Hormones
This week Tee is thrilled to welcome Alyssa Chavez to the podcast to help us break down how toxic chemicals, pesticides, and poor diet can affect a woman's fertility, increase their odds for endometriosis, and imbalance their hormones. Alyssa is an endo and infertility warrior turned Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and Restorative Wellness Practitioner. She helps women through her Thrive With Endo 1:1 coaching program to get to the root cause of their endo symptoms or infertility by healing from the inside out and is so passionate about helping women to be able to live their life to its fullest and truly be able to achieve their dreams.
In this episode, Alyssa will guide listeners through some of the fundamental causes and treatments for endometriosis while pointing out some of the toxins in our everyday products, cleaning supplies, and foods that are causing the condition. In addition, Alyssa also addresses how both men's and women’s hormones are being disrupted by these same chemicals, pesticides, and household products and how they affect the massive rise in infertility, early onset puberty, and hormonal conditions.
Infertility and endometriosis are both difficult conditions to treat and address in our world. This being said, Alyssa is passionate about helping women find a more holistic approach to these conditions by pinpointing the small steps that they can take to avoid risk factors and contributors to these ever-growing concerns in women’s reproductive health and overall wellness.
