What am I doing here? The struggle is too hard. Everyone is suffering. I am suffering. There is no end insight. I tell myself it will improve, but I secretly do not believe it. I am lost. I thought I knew what was going on, but I didn’t.
Feeling hopeless, like nothing you can do, will make anything better?
Maybe you feel you will never get over something.
You are suffering.
Suffering It exists The cause is desire, greed, worrying about what others think, or feeling like you don't measure up.
The cure is letting go. Noticing it when it happens, analyzing it, finding new ways to view it, and changing your reactions to the old suffering when it returns.
