Dr. Kamin Samuel is the Director of the upcoming documentary "Courage to Thrive," which highlights tangible tools for women to create breakthrough results despite facing adversity. Kamin began her career as a Navy helicopter pilot. In fact, she was the first black woman to do so. Kamin is also an international business and career coach, public speaker, and author. It's not always been a smooth or easy path, and she uses her personal experiences as well as those of two other women highlighted in her documentary.
