The Endocannabinoid System- Your body is built for cannabis!Hello Canna-Nerds! Today we talk a little bit of the biology and science behind cannabis use. Fat or skinny, depressed or happy, hot or cold, too much hair on your head or too little, your internal endocannabinoid system is what will dictate most of these processes by always working to bring your body back into balance, or homeostasis (“homey-OH-stasis” for Jack!!). Understanding HOW cannabis can work on your body will allow you to use the plant more intuitively. Lastly, Jack and I go over some of my new goodies that you all can now get here in NY as well (some products will require a NYS medical marijuana card). Although a bit heavy in the science, we hope that today’s show further ties together more of the information that we’ve discussed in previous shows as well.
