Should you take on clients in a new niche?A tricky question to navigate for many agency owners, especially those starting out. The answer is totally dependent on your circumstances as an agency owner & whether you can afford to say yes or no to tapping into a new market. On one hand, if you are a brand new agency owner who doesn’t have a consistent stream of income, then by all means, take whatever you can to build up cash flow & hone in on a niche overtime. However, on the other hand, if you are an experienced agency owner who has a solid reputation in a specific market, you should be turning away prospects in a different niche as it could distract you & do you more harm than good.
