As we've been reporting, Elon Musk's X, formerly known as Twitter, is the subject of an investigation by the city of San Francisco after putting up a massive light up logo on top of their building without a permit.

The sign got even more attention Friday evening, when it blasted a strobing light show into it's neighbors windows late into the night.
