We divide the playing experience into 3 phases: pre-play, play, and post-play. Each phase has its own purpose, and paying attention to each phase will help you get the most out of your day on the court.The first phase is pre-play which is the phase before you step out onto the court. This phase pays dividends when you actually get out there as you hit the ball.The second phase is while you're playing the game and in this podcast episode I explain to you two things you can do while you're playing in this phase.
