Hi everyone today I was feeling some anger... Actually, I've been feeling fairly frustrated for a couple of weeks. And over time these feelings have built up.. And finally resulted in feeling angry. Today I explore anger and ways to cope with anger. I also look at our perception of anger and how anger may be useful...that is if expressed in the right ways. Thank you so much for listening.
