Not just value for value for playlists, but also V4V for end of show mixes that split to all the samples they use. Intergalactic Boombox gets a split everytime I BOOST!

What you've just described there is an EPG - an electronic program guide - which most radio stations produce these days anyway for their apps. It works well. :)

RemoteItem - agree that I'd not use it for an episode drop. But perhaps I could produce a "new podcast trailers" feed wholly using RemoteItem. Again, I can't make them consistent - but I reckon I can do that perhaps.
