Where will you park? How will you access it? Will you need hip boots, waders (check waders for holes) , canoe, boat etc?
List out the spots where you saw sign in the spring or last year.
Are they worth revisiting?
What part of the season are those spots?
You don’t want to waste time hunting next to a wide-open blown down field or cattail marsh for late season

How will the deer shift?
