Gregg is responsible for the origination, IPO valuation, structuring, book-building, price discovery allocation trading, and aftermarket performance of equity transactions. Gregg has almost 40 years of experience on Wall Street. He's led over 400 deals, raising over 265 billion for companies around the world, including 115 IPOs totaling 50 billion dollars. Prior to joining Bank of America in 2008, Gregg worked at Morgan Stanley for 13 years where he was a Managing Director in the equity capital markets. He has a BA in Economics and Political Science from Columbia University.
