Deputy Sheriff Shot, Lost An Eye And Needed A Miracle Transplant To Save His Life. Sheriff Sgt. Davd James talks about the attack when he was shot 5 times by a 16 year old. He lost one eye, much of the vision in the other eye and in addition to his other injuries he developed kidney failure. His first transplant failed after a few years. He received his life saving transplant under miraculous and heroic circumstances. Plus, he talks about his mission to help first responders.
