A man is found stabbed to death in a small Pennsylvanian town and unbelievably a young, local couple were arrested and charged with his murder. Despite there being no clear motive it seemed an open and shut case, until the 19 year old woman confessed to being a demonically possessed, satanic serial killer - who had already killed 22 people...
