Autumn seems to be the season of hustle culture messaging – we’re coming up on the end of the year and are often told that we need to make a final push whilst also planning for success in the new year. This mindset is a huge catalyst for entrepreneurial burnout. For me personally, this led to me not trusting myself as a business owner or creative. I remember asking for opinions from everyone around me instead of listening to my intuition.
