This morning the CJEU ruled that the mobile data retained and used in the murder trial of Graham Dwyer was obtained contrary to EU and indeed Irish law. Joining me to discuss this is Trinity College Dublin Assoc Prof of Law, Dr Eoin O'Dell. Eoin explains what the judgement says and what the implications are for the State and this case. He outlines why he believes that while it may now be "1-O" to Graham Dwyer, it is only halftime and the State have a lot more cards to play than this one area.
