We need to know that REST is very important. Our minds need rest from the times of life. Anger, bitterness, worry, heavy burdens and crisis momentsWe need to know that if we do not find the right SOUL CARE we will end up laboring and striving on our own. Signs that we are laboring on our own: Feeling down and depressed, lack of motivation, anxiety, fear, anger and many other emotions. We need to know that the YOKE of Jesus will guide us and teach us and lead us to the promise  we need in the heavy season. We will find rest when His yoke leads us gently in the right direction.
