Wyatt began his cold therapy journey after hitting rock bottom from extreme stress and anxiety. Daily cold exposure initially through cold showers, then ice baths, transformed his life. This led him to create Ice Barrel in 2018, a unique and original designed upright barrel for cold water immersion, as well as instilling in him a passion to bring cold exposure to the masses.
