Colonel Heston Silbert began his career with the Phoenix Police Department as a patrol officer in the South Mountain Precinct, and in the years to come he worked gang and drug investigations, undercover, mentoring at-risk youth and selected to be a member of the Special Assignments Unit (SAU/SWAT).
