Coliving is a thriving venture capital mostly in the multi-family space. There is currently a high demand for occupancy. Even through the pandemic, they were able to continue leasing. One of the few challenges they faced was having a couple of Covid cases among their roommates. However, they were able to successfully handle and overcome those challenges.
