Jumping right into it. Britt is a friend. Britt is awesome and brought a great talk to the show. I love our talk about mindfulness. It is something I need more of in my life and more of us need to hear and talk about it. A little bit more about Britt:
Britt is a motivational speaker, 500 hour certified yoga instructor, and presenter/educator for NAMI West Los Angeles. She recently received a certificate on Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction from Brown University and over the last two years she has shared her story to educate and empower and build communities from within. She developed the 5-Principles of Purpose over four years ago, when she was going through a transitioning stage in life. She has applied these five mindfulness based principles to her own life and has experienced unimaginable positive life changes. She is passionate about being able to teach, inspire, and uplift others through the power of her voice and mental health education.
She will also be launching a new website in the new year it will be called: meetbritt.com.
