Signing day 2016 has come and gone, so it’s time for us to evaluate the Notre Dame Fighting Irish and USC Trojan recruiting classes. However, before we get to recruiting, we have to tackle the less than shocking news of USC athletic director Pat Haden announcing his resignation, and on a happier note Brian Kelly getting a contract extension.
