We've droned on into week three of trial, and the prosecution is beginning to lose this case. The defense very early on in trial set a trap for the prosecution. The question was how much of the financial evidence should be allowed to come in, and why was it relevant. The defense offered scant opposition in pre-trial motion, and have largely been content with the prosecution tripling down on the financial testimony as they are unwittingly losing this jury.

Omar Serrato discusses the fallacy of the prosecution's testimony. Also, we're going to talk a little about the new case regarding Lindsay Clancy, the Massachuetts woman accused of strangling her three small children to death while her husband was out running errands. Maggie Murdaugh, 52, and Paul Murdagh, were murdered in June of 2021 on the Murdaugh estate. Alex Murdagh, husband and father to the victims, was the lone suspect in the murders, and is standing trial, indicted on four charges: The Murder of his wife, son, and the possession of a firearm in the commission of a violent crime as to both.
