Despite the worsening spread of the Delta Variant, about a third of Californians still aren’t vaccinated against COVID-19, and nationally, the number is a little bit higher than that. People have a variety of reasons why they will not get the shot, ranging from political beliefs to religious ones, to a lack of access, to fear based on disinformation they’ve read on the Internet.
