Mark 1:12-33 Jesus Authority To Bring Judgement
We continue our 'Following Jesus' series in the gospel of Mark. Having entered Jerusalem revealing Himself as a King, Jesus returns to the city, and to the temple. But as He comes He curses a fruitless tree as a dramatic parable of what will happen the temple. As the King brings judgement to the people because the market activity had effectively prevented the temple courts from being a place of prayer.
