She previously practiced law in Akin Gump’s D.C. office. Ms. Gaiser holds a B.A. in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from The King’s College and a J.D. from the University of Texas. She clerked for then-Justice Allison Eid on the Colorado Supreme Court and for Judge Jennifer Elrod on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
