You might have heard me talk about this model before and wanted to know more about it. If that’s true, this is for you.

I am teaching you the coaching model that helps you make math out of your brain and makes doing business more fun. It comes from Brooke Castillo and The Life Coach School which is where I got my Life Coach Certification. There are five pieces of this model and each one represents a potential problem in the world.

In this episode, I’m taking you through each piece of the model, explaining what it means for you, and sharing some examples of how you can use the model for yourself.
