...International Beer Day, a celebration dedicated to one of humanity's oldest and most beloved beverages. Whether you enjoy a crisp lager, a hoppy IPA, or a rich stout, today is the perfect excuse to savor a cold one and appreciate the craftsmanship behind every brew.
Now I know that just yesterday was National IPA Day and I enjoyed a pint of one of my favourite local IPA's - Steamworks Flagship IPA.
And today we are going international... there are many great beers from around the world!

Speaking of international beer... my wife if from France so we have been visiting France for years. And in the grocery store there were isles and isles of wine and tiny weenie beer section with some heinekan, leff, and few French beers like 1664. I used to dread going to the beer section over there as I like to think I'm a good person... who drinks good beer.
Well, a few years ago I went to the tiny weenie beer section thinking okay what do they have and as my eye drifted to the left down the isle it was a never ending selection of beer. I looked up at the sign which read... bier artisan.... Eureka.. the craft beer movement has finally arrived in France.
So of course I wanted to try them ALL... so for the rest of our vacation and all of our trips to France since... I've been sampling the varied and delicious bier artisan de France.
