Mayoral candidate Daniel Lurie is outpacing Mayor London Breed in fundraising to support her own ballot measure.

Lurie is heading an unconventional campaign committee in support of Proposition E, a measure that would expand police access to new technology, which was placed on the March ballot by Breed.
