What problem does your business solve? What does your business stand for? Most importantly, what do you stand for? In this episode I talk about why my businesses exist and how we share our intentions with both the marketplace & our team. The more specific you are about your problem and your values, the easier it will be to communicate about your company in the marketplace, staff members and yourself.  (5:00) A great way to communicate with yourself and your business is to have a mission statement.
