Those who suffer from seasonal allergies year after year know the first signs of needing to start popping those daily allergy medications. It usually starts with the first nice day. Or perhaps it’s a wind storm after a rainy day.
Either way, it seems to be getting worse, and more intense. But why? And is there anything we can do to quell our suffering?
