It's the only place you have to live." Now, Jim Rohn was big on personal development, and that includes taking care of yourself—physically, mentally, and yes, nutritionally. So, while you enjoy your Canadian bacon, maybe pair it with something good for your heart. Balance isn’t about giving up the things you love; it’s about making choices that let you enjoy life longer.So today, treat yourself—but also take care of yourself.
