Here are a few of Dr. Fitness' tips...Number 1, make sure you buy a shoe that is right for your foot type. Low arch, medium arch or high arch. Number 2, to determine what kind of arch you have do this...Wet the sole of your foot then step on a paper bag. If the visible print of the bottom of your foot looks like a foot then you have a low arch or flat feet. If the curve of your foot cuts all the way across the width of your foot then you have a high arch.
