Celebrity guest, Professor Billy, is back on the show to drop some Skorupski showers. Scanny starts off the show recounting a presentation he recently gave on CrossFit. This leads us to spend a good deal of the show chatting about the good and bad of CrossFit and how we should go about evaluating the effectiveness of the methodology. In the second half of the show we revisit some of the things we discussed in Episode 20 regarding how we approach and understand research in light of collective knowledge and history.
