Sinjini Sengupta is an Author, Columnist, TEDx Speaker, Distinguished Toastmaster and also an Actuary

She is the founder of Lighthouse, a company that focuses/specializes on Storytelling, Change management and Thought leadership. Working towards a world that works for all.

An alumna of Indian Statistical Institute, Sinjini Sengupta is an erstwhile Actuary and now an award winning author, columnist and professional speaker.

She is the author of the award winning book ELIXIR which was themed on womanhood and its alternate realities. 

That book was made into a short film in Bengali and it was screened at 69th Cannes Film Festival in the year 2016.

As a keynote speaker and columnist, she focuses on the areas of Conscious Leadership, Emotional Wellness, Gender Sensitivity and Creative Expressions in Written and Spoken Words.

Sinjini is regularly invited to various national and international conferences, literary and film festivals, educational institutes, business schools and corporate organizations to deliver keynotes, masterclasses and workshops.

She is also a Vipassana meditator and a seeker.
