✨Set Boundaries
To feel truly free, we must first learn to set boundaries – both with ourselves and with those around us. This means learning how to say no when things get uncomfortable or too demanding and knowing our limits so that we don’t engage in self-defeating behaviors like overworking or taking on too much responsibility. Setting these limits will help us maintain our sense of personal power and control in any situation.

It is important to understand who we are as individuals, what our strengths are, and where we need improvement. Self-awareness allows us to recognize our limitations so that we can work towards improving them or adjusting our expectations accordingly – setting realistic goals for ourselves that are achievable yet challenging! Taking time out for introspection will also help us become more conscious of any unhealthy patterns of behavior that might be holding us back from reaching our full potential.
