Our inner critic is that negative voice inside our mind that places limitations on ourself and prevents us from living our best life. On the flip side, our inner critic is a self protective mechanism that works to help us survive.
But, our inner critic can shut us down and limit us.
If we are the ones thinking these thoughts, then it IS within our power to change these thoughts.
We can be the hero in our story, we can shift from victim to victor here and we don't have to rely on anyone outside of ourself to change our story.
