Ben is a great friend of mine who loves the sport of triathlon, riding his bike, and has an amazing wife Lisa who also does triathlons. Ben and I talk about his race and a new nutrition company he is using for the run. We talk about his led up to this race and something very emotional that he and a group that I was fortunate enough to be a part of in Kona that made a certain professional triathlete and his wife breakdown into tears. The course here at Indian Wells was adjusted just moments before the race weekend truly began. This adjustment allowed for a better bike course and we discuss how this impacted his mindset.
