Charlotte has 15 years’ experience in healthcare. Following many years in communications, she currently serves within Amgen’s Global Customer Capabilities organisation. Her role is part Chief-of Staff, part communications advisor and part integrator, to help ensure global capability building efforts realise their purpose in enabling execution excellence within the markets. She is deeply committed to authentic leadership and the power of psychological safety in enabling us all to realise our potential and genuinely thrive at work.
