I have seen a lot of comments and discussions on social media where other women are discrediting someone else’s success in order to make themselves feel better and I’m here to tell you, THERE IS A BETTER WAY!!

Yes a change in perspective can help if you're stuck in comparison and you're feeling down, however this kind of change in perspective is doing more damage than good because what it's doing is keeping you stuck in comparison you're saying oh actually they didn't do as well as I thought they did so that makes me feel better about my business and where I'm at??

I am going to share with you a BETTER way to work on your mindset than discrediting or trying to rationalise someone else’s success.

This is an exercise I work through regularly with my 1:1 coaching clients and sometimes the simplest tasks such as the one I am going to share with you, have the most profoud results and impact on their entire lives not just their business.

If you want more success in your business stop focusing on everyone else and start focusing on you!

You cannot control what other people do you shouldn't even try to because they're on their own journey you need to focus on yourself. That is the only thing you have control over and guess what it's pretty damn powerful when you take back control over your own life, over your own business and over your own success!!
