This week I'm talking with food writer and chocolate sommelier, Estelle Tracy, about the food survival guide she wrote for French people living in the United States. Estelle tells us how this guide, and its follow-up guide "Recipes for Survival in the United States", came about and why they are so helpful. We also talk about how difficult it can be to move, whether to a new country or new state, and what an upsetting adjustment it can be when we can't find the right ingredients to make our favorite comfort foods.
