Hi All! I am so very excited to take you on this journey with me. I'm looking forward to you getting to know me, getting to know you and to connect on a very human level. Please be forgiving as this is my first episode and my introduction. I had to drink several glasses of wine to get comfortable talking freely and not having a dialogue. 

However, I already have recorded 3 other episodes with family & friends and cannot wait for them to get edited and post them. I think these conversations will be very relatable. My intention is to talk about overcoming labels that society puts on us and the labels we put on ourselves. Personal growth is not easy. It is uncomfortable and sometimes very painful. My goal is that every person that listens to my podcast walks away with something inspiring or comforting. In our fast-paced world, its hard to connect and easy to think we are all alone.
