Vice President Kamala Harris held her first rally since becoming the presumptive Democratic Nominee on Tuesday with an event in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Harris has secured enough delegates to become the parties nominee for the Presidency after current President Joe Biden decided over the weekend to drop out of the race.
