She completed an undergraduate degree in commerce and an MBA from XLRI in Finance. She worked at Citibank for 5 yrs and then she joined AchieveGlobal, an international training company as the General Manager. Here she discovered her entrepreneurial abilities and her true calling- to teach, coach, and mentor others and design impactful learning interventions. She worked with GE Capital/ Genpact for 3 years and as a Training consultant before setting up her own practice. She was a guest faculty at MDI Gurgaon and has been a senior facilitator with Mckinsey and Co/Aberkyn since 2010.
She has written two best-selling novels and her third book – Powerful- The Indian woman’s guide to unlocking her full potential is being published in Harper Collins in May 2021. This book combines her love for writing with her passion for gender equality and women’s rights.
She is also the co-founder of GLOW, Growing Leadership of Women, and “Your daughter is Precious” non-profit helping underprivileged girls get an education.
She loves traveling and learning about different cultures. She has been practicing yoga for 9 years and enjoys walking amidst nature. She lives in Gurgaon and works all over the world.
