Plate It Forward, the social enterprise behind Colombo Social and Kabul Social, keeps up the good work with its latest eatery. Its head chef – who was born and raised in Mexico City – is plating up dishes inspired by his mum’s birthplace of Coyoacan. And for every meal served, Plate It Forward will donate a second meal to an addiction-recovery centre in Mexico.
