Dr. Dang was born and raised in Houston, TX, and graduated from the University of St. Thomas in 2002 with a BA in Biology and a minor in Music. She earned her MD at the McGovern Medical School (UT Houston) and matched into anesthesiology residency at UTMB in Galveston.After practicing pain management for several years, she noticed that my patients were still suffering, and knew that there must be a way to help her patients lead higher quality lives. She then completed the integrative medicine fellowship with the University of Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine (founded by Dr. Andrew Weil) in the fall of 2018 and completed a health coaching certification program through the National Society of Health Coaches in October of 2020.michelledangmd.com
