He has taken a long and interesting path to found Veraci Pizza and now, APIZZA Littly Italy located in Tacoma, Washington. Not only did he build his first clay pizza oven himself, but he has also been featured on Food Network. But the thing that fascinates me the most is his approach to how he runs his business, with his dishwashers getting the same spotlight as the pizzaiolos.
