Volunteers spread out in Alameda County to learn more about it's homeless population
Cities and counties across the Bay Area and California did an unusually in-depth census early this morning of people experiencing homelessness.
KCBS Radio's Doug Sovern was one of the hundreds and hundreds of volunteers who took part in the point-in-time count in Oakland today.
